There have been a number of reviews about Everex's $200 PC that has been available at
Wal-Mart. Enter the gPC aka the Green PC. It features:

it comes installed with gOS, a version of Ubuntu that is customized to work well with web-based tools
a 1.5GHz Via C7 CPU
an 80GB hard drive
512MB of RAM
a PS/2 keyboard
mouse
USB-powered speakers
