Interview with Knowledgestorms's Jeff Ramminger |
| Wednesday, November 15, 2006 |
The other day a colleague of mine, Manoj Jasra, conducted an interview with Knowledgestorm's Executive Vice President of Products, Technology and Marketing Jeff Ramminger. Jeff is an interesting guy and has been in the technology field for 25 years, which makes him a seasoned veteran in my books. His experience is vast and includes some work with IBM in building sites for entertainment and media/sports companies. (How cool is that?)
In the interview, Jeff mentions how B2B tech companies are spending a lot of money online from a marketing standpoint. This is interesting as I recently wrote an article on B2B marketing in 2007 and discussed the need for B2B organizations to direct a portion of their marketing budget towards SEM. Jeff goes on to state that B2B users are willing to give up more information if they are serious about a B2B solution to satisfy their need. As he puts it, "They are on a mission to solve a problem."
For the entire interview check out Manoj's blog Web Analytics World. |
